Section 296
Don't give or sell one's picture without permission
(1) No one shall give or sell the picture of any person to others without his permission or publish, advertise or buy and sell with the intention of bothering him or harassing him, harassing him or taking any unfair advantage from him or profiting by commercial use of the picture.
(2) A person who commits or causes the offense of sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years or with a fine which may extend to thirty thousand rupees.
